Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Within 2 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.

FREE PARKING FOR CLIENTS

Once you arrive at the address on the corner of Kirkland Avenue and Main Street, drive SOUTH on Main St until you see a parking garage straight ahead with Merrill Gardens on your left. Park down one level then take the Retail Elevator up to the street level and use any Mosaic entrance. Have a seat in the lobby and we will come meet you there.
